Came in for lunch today and was happy enough with the meal.
I got the new Hot n Loaded burger (sauce on the side) with chips. It was very nice. The burger was hot, and the ingredients fresh. Everything was put together with care and not just thrown together in a mess. The chicken was crispy, juicy and hot, the patty tasty and the salad crisp.
The chips however, were warm and not as fresh. A little soggy where they had been sat out fot a bit, but still edible. The sauce was a tad watery, but was nicely spicy and tasted good.
No checkup from the staff as to how my meal was, or if I wanted anything else. The waiting team there wasn't as happy and proactive as other places, but equally, they were not rude or dismissive. Timings were fair - I wasn't rushed to take my order and the food came out in a reasonable time.
Music level was good, a few bricks missing from the walls, but the toilets were clean.
Overall the food was great (if the chips were fresh and hot, I would have given five stars), service was ok and I would happily come back again.

2 female staff serving were lovely, polite and friendly, wish I could have said the same for the cook who was so rude and ignorant to them.
Wanted to leave the girls a tip but they don't get to keep it.
Food not quite like it used to be, so won't rush back to have it again.
