I take my boys here every weekend along with one of my friends and we have only ever had one really bad experience.
The fault was with the chef. She got our order wrong then tried fixing it with her fingers (very lucky it's just a food intolerance and not an allergy), was small with a portion size and part of the food was cold. BUT, the manager was really really nice and fixed it for us straight away by making the order over again for us.
Every other time we have been here it's been really really good and a great place to take your kids. They give you a little board game to play while your waiting for your food so your kids don't get bored, not that you are waiting for long as you get your food in a very reasonable time.
It has to be said - The time we went there after our bad experience, everything was back to being 100% again so not only are they fast at fixing issues, it also feels like customers are listened to. This shows great management in my opinion so I am defo happy to bring my boys back here each week.
