I visited Wimpy Portslade yesterday for the first time & I was immediately impressed with the warm welcome & general cleanliness of the restaurant.
I picked my seat & placed my order with a waitress who came to my table....she repeated my order back to me to make sure she had it correct.
A few minutes later, a chap came to my table to tell me they had run out sausages & apologised & gave me some alternatives.
He was wearing gloves which I liked as it made me feel confident that hygiene was important.
The food was all piping hot & tasted delicious.
There was no rush & I was asked if I enjoyed my meal at the counter where you pay.
All the staff were friendly, the general overview of the restaurant was good & clean & I'll definitely be coming back!

Popped in for dinner as a treat after a busy day. Food was really lovely - probably the nicest Wimpy I’ve had - and the staff were super nice and friendly (I had the OG quarter pounder meal followed by a Wimpy Whirl). Thank you so much!

Great food. Superb and friendly staff. The owner / manager especially. Don’t really eat red meat much now but the chicken is really nice and the fries portions are very generous! Coffee is probably the best I’ve had in a chain restaurant
