Not been to a Wimpy for a long while. Service was excellent, everyone were friendly and food were served piping hot, price not too bad either. I see a lot of regulars go there as the customers seem to know the staff very well.

Good for standard food if you aren't too hungry. They offer the most simple and classic british food items.

If you are a child of the seventies, then you will like the nostalgic smell. Just need to add the tomato shaped sauce bottle and put knickerbockers back on the menu and it would be perfect!

We treated ourselves for a change and it was all well done and hot, but we struggled with the menu a bit, I worked in one near 50 years ago, and the menu could be classed as complicated by some, but I could get what I wanted easily, but now you have to buy a set meal that was too much for us, or get individual bits and costs even more, so you either waste stuff to save money, or get each bit on it's own to cost more, but save waste, unless you're a big eater then it's fine, apart from that it was fine and was well cooked.

One of my favourite Wimpy restaurants, always clean, staff polite and friendly, food is always cooked to order so nothing to complain about, highly recommended!
